Four Parishes, One Community of Faith
Welcome to Radharc na nOileán Pastoral Area, bringing together four parishes along the beautiful Shannon Estuary in West Clare.
Part of the Diocese of Killaloe, our pastoral area encompasses the parishes of Ballynacally–Lissycasey, Coolmeen–Cranny, Kildysart and Kilmurry McMahon–Labasheeda.
While each parish has its own history, traditions and community life, we share a common commitment to faith, worship and caring for one another.
Through our seven churches, we come together to celebrate the sacraments, support one another and continue the life of the Church in our communities.

Growing Together in Faith
The name Radharc na nOileán, meaning “View of the Islands”, reflects the distinctive landscape of our communities along the Shannon Estuary.
Our four parishes share more than geography. Generations of families have gathered in our churches to celebrate life’s joyful occasions, find comfort in times of sorrow and nurture their faith.
As one pastoral area, we seek to build on this rich heritage while working together to meet the needs of today’s Church.
We welcome everyone to take part in parish life, whether by joining us for Mass, volunteering, supporting a parish activity or simply keeping in touch with our community.
